The MINI DRYGRES PREMIUM Kit consists of 4 drill bits measuring Ø 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm (1 unit of each), a drill adapter (ref. 05976) and a practical case. The range of drill bits in the kit MINI DRYGRES PREMIUM is recommended for drilling all types of ceramic tiles, especially porcelain stoneware, and other covering materials such as marble and granite. In the bits of the MINI DRYGRES PREMIUM kit, RUBI has used VACUUM BRAZED vacuum welding technology, which increases resistance to temperature and friction, to fix the diamond particles to the cutting area.

DRYGRES PREMIUM diamond drill bits are dry cutting and can be used, thanks to their M14 thread connection, directly with a grinder or with a hammerless electric drill, by using the drill adapter (ref. 05976).

The average life of the bits in the MINI DRYGRES kit (from Ø 6 to 12 mm) is 60 holes.

The drilling depth of DRYGRES PREMIUM drill bits is 30 mm.

The bits in the MINI DRYGRES PREMIUM kit contain wax inside. This wax melts during use of the drill bit and facilitates cooling and evacuation of drilling debris. Before drilling a new drilling, we must make sure that there are no traces of ceramic left in the solidified wax inside the drill bit.

If the wax runs out, the drill bit can continue working. Only the complete loss of the diamond indicates the end of the life of the drill bit.

The maximum speed of use for DRYGRES diamond drill bits is 14000 r.p.m.

For a better finish and longer life of the drill bit, it is important to respect the appropriate rotation speed and perform a slight orbital movement throughout the drilling.
